Mr Emmanuel Correia has over 25 years’ public company and corporate finance experience in Australia, North America and the United Kingdom and is a founding director of Peloton Capital and Peloton Advisory.
Mr Correia is an experienced public company director/officer and, prior to establishing Peloton Capital in 2011, he was a founder and major shareholder of Cardrona Capital which specialised in providing advisory services to the small/mid cap market in Australia. Cardrona was acquired by a UK backed private advisory firm seeking advisory capabilities in Australia.
Mr Correia has also held various senior positions with Deloitte and other boutique corporate finance houses. Mr Correia’s key areas of expertise include IPOs, secondary capital raisings, corporate strategy, structuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Mr Correia is currently a non-executive director of BPM Minerals Limited, Ookami Limited and Pantera Minerals Limited. Mr Correia is also the Company Secretary of Bluglass Limited.
Oliver Oxenbridge Managing Director
Mr Oliver Oxenbridge has over 10 years of experience in the international oil and gas and broader energy space across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. He has been involved in numerous large and mid-cap M&A transactions as both advisor and investor, with global experience spanning deal sourcing, structuring, execution and asset management.
Mr Oxenbridge’s has recently been focused on corporate M&A, portfolio rationalisation and inorganic growth strategies with Woodside Energy Limited. He was involved in the execution and completion of multiple asset acquisitions and played a central role in the company’s ongoing asset disposal activities.
Prior to Woodside, Mr Oxenbridge worked for Waha Capital International (WCI), an energy dedicated private equity vehicle of Waha Capital. Throughout his time at WCI, he took a leading role in sourcing and executing investment opportunities across the oil and gas value chain in the MENA region. Investments included upstream companies, oil field services and petroleum product import terminals. Before joining WCI, Mr Oxenbridge worked in the internal M&A and corporate development team of Ophir Energy focusing on corporate M&A, large portfolio acquisition and new ventures. Mr Oxenbridge started his career at Evercore Partners, a US boutique investment bank, focusing on Energy and Infrastructure M&A. Throughout his time at Evercore, Mr Oxenbridge advised on a range of M&A transactions, including the disposal of a 20% interest in Ophir Energy’s flagship gas assets in Tanzania for U$1.3bn.
Mr Oxenbridge has a BA degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States.
Greg Lee Technical Director
Mr Lee is a Petroleum Engineer and has over 30 years of diversified oil and gas experience in both technical and managerial positions. The main focus of his responsibilities has been on acquisitions and divestments, project management, planning and supervision, oil and gas field development and operation, production technology and reservoir enhancement, field operations, drilling and completions activities, exploration, carbon dioxide capture and storage.
Mr Lee also has a very keen interest in renewable and sustainable energy and best practices.
Mr Lee is a chartered professional engineer (CPEng) and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (MSPE) and has been an independent petroleum engineer consultant since 1992 having worked with both large and small organisations (both as operators and non-operators) in numerous countries worldwide. Mr Lee has been involved with the listing and management of public listed companies on both AIM and the ASX since 2003. Mr Lee is currently an Executive Director of ASX listed entity Doriemus PLC.
Richard Lampe Non-Executive Director
Mr Lampe has over 15 years of experience across financial services, agribusiness and natural resources. He brings to the table many skills and capabilities including asset identification, due diligence, stakeholder reporting, strategic and business planning, feasibility studies and business case development.
Professional experience includes eight years with Goldman Sachs JBWere in financial services, five years in professional services including with EY, three years as a commercial analyst with a subsidiary of Marubeni Australia as well as having active involvement in his family mixed farming business.
Mr Lampe is a founding shareholder and Executive Director of a leading corporate advisory and sophisticated intermediary in Paraguay with the main sectors focusing on being agribusiness, forestry, industrial services, and infrastructure.
Mr Lampe holds a Bachelor of Business (ACCT) and post graduate qualifications in Agribusiness and Applied Finance.
Shane Hartwig Company Secretary
Mr Hartwig is a Certified Practicing Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Accounting and Taxation from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia.
Mr Hartwig is involved in the areas of initial public offerings, capital raisings, prospectus and information memorandum preparation and project management, Company assessments and due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions and providing general corporate advice and is currently Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Memphasys Limited.
Mr Hartwig has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry both nationally and internationally with exposure to both the debt and equity capital markets.
Michelle Kennedy Contract CFO
Michelle Kennedy is a Manager at Meridian Corporate Consultants with extensive experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting and corporate accounting across a wide range of industries. Michelle is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Michelle was previously a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth (PwC) and has over 7 years’ experience in audit and assurance. During her time at PwC she completed a secondment in Toronto, Canada working with clients in both Mining and Banking sectors. Her roles in audit and assurance have given her experience in wide range of industries, mostly specialising in the Mining and Resources industry. She has extensive experience working with both ASX listed and large private companies. Her most recent experience includes a role at Wesfarmers in the statutory reporting team where she was involved in system implementation, preparation of statutory financial reports, board reporting and preparation of technical accounting advice.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance with a minor in Business Law and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
